Why didn’t I think of this; my love of steelcut oats combined with my love of chai spice, genius! We dined for the second day in a row at the Gardener House because our lunch there yesterday was so delightful. Breakfast proved to be equally superb. The bowl of chai spiked oats was topped with dried mango and chopped pistachios which complimented the spices perfectly. Paired with a glass (or two) of Portland Peach iced tea and I was in breakfast heaven.
