I love when Spring rolls around and I feel like filling up on wonderful salads again after a Winter filled with hot soups. Today I made a classic spinach (thus the Popeye reference) and citrus salad. I chopped up the littlest avocado and included that with the spinach,orange and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds. Dressed to kill with a mix of Garlic Gold and plain ole’ EVOO and cider vinegar, a pinch of sea salt and two turns of a TJ’s Everyday Seasoning jar. Splendiferous!
