My first hummus experiment in the new food processor. I stuck to the basics–Chickpeas cooked on Tuesday in the favorite rice cooker, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, olive oil, salt and pepper. It was a little on the garlicky side, but still pretty good and made a delicious topping on a spinach salad for dinner. I my new food processor. Should I name my appliances?
